Yesterday, 26 September 2020, a "long" awaited present from Nadia and Wouter for Jacqueline's birthday was delivered. A Paella workshop. A piece of cake for Wouter accustomed as he is to giving wine workshops and classes. With fantastic ingredients like Langoustine, Jumbo Prawns, Juice Tender Chicken, Mussels, plenty of Saffron this Paella was not for the faint hearted!
With wines from Roland Hengeveld, WijnInspiratie, like Andre Clouet Champagne (Silver), Bardolino Rose and an Artuke Rioja and super great and charming company the very rewarding end product was something not easily achieved by the best chefs in the world.
